Herrera Psychology Therapy Dog

Born in sunny San Diego, California, Ida was named in honor of her sponsor’s beloved Aunt Ida. She began her journey as a guide dog in training, but a change in plans—due to allergies—led her to discover her true calling as a therapy dog. After completing specialized training, Ida now brings comfort, joy, and gentle support to children in the HP therapy room.
Ida adores kids—and truthfully, she adores everyone she meets! Her calming presence and endless affection make her a cherished part of the team.
