A one-day event that empowers High School student-athletes with the mental resilience to thrive under pressure, overcome challenges, and achieve success both in sports and personal life.
Pressure Management – They will learn practical techniques to manage performance anxiety and pressure, allowing them to perform at their best during competitions and high-stakes situations.
Resilience & Overcoming Challenges – They will develop strategies to build mental resilience, enabling them to bounce back from setbacks, learn from mistakes, and maintain a positive mindset in the face of adversity.
Mind-Body Balance – They will gain an understanding of the connection between mental and physical well-being, and learn how to cultivate a balanced approach to sports and personal life, promoting overall health and success.

Anxiety Relief Lab
Teaching youth how to face fears, quiet self-doubt, and build the courage to be their true selves through this one-day program.
Coping Strategies for Anxiety – Kids will learn practical techniques like deep breathing, mindfulness, and positive self-talk to manage anxious thoughts and feelings.
How to Face Fears with Confidence – They’ll practice stepping outside their comfort zone in a supportive environment, building the courage to handle challenges and uncertainties.
Self-Acceptance & Inner Strength – Through activities and discussions, they’ll develop a strong sense of self-worth, learning to quiet self-doubt and embrace who they truly are.

Resilience Lab
A half-day, weeklong summer camp helping youth build emotional strength, overcome self-doubt, and bounce back from challenges.
Emotional Strength & Coping Skills – Kids will learn practical strategies to manage stress, handle setbacks, and navigate difficult emotions with confidence.
Growth Mindset & Self-Belief – Through hands-on activities, they’ll develop a positive mindset, overcome self-doubt, and build confidence in their abilities.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – They’ll practice facing challenges with a proactive attitude, learning how to adjust, persist, and thrive in the face of obstacles.

Friendship Lab
A one-day deep dive into improving social skills, overcoming awkwardness, and making meaningful connections with peers. Participants will learn:
Confidence in Social Settings – Learn practical strategies to start conversations, express themselves clearly, and feel more at ease when interacting with peers.
Stronger Communication Skills – Practice effective ways to listen, respond, and engage in meaningful conversations to build lasting friendships.
Tools to Navigate Social Situations – Gain a better understanding of social cues, managing awkward moments, and creating positive connections in everyday interactions.

Superpower Lab
A one-day program that equips kids with stress-busting ‘superpowers’ for a smooth back-to-school transition. Build skills needed to start the school year with confidence and ease.
Relaxation, Mindfulness & Breathing Techniques: Kids will learn techniques for managing the stress that typically accompanies the start of a new school year.
Emotion Regulation and Problem Solving Skills: Teach strategies to identify and express emotions in a healthy way. Equip kids with tools to manage school-related challenges or conflicts with peers.
Organization and Time Management Basics: Help kids organize their schedules and balance schoolwork and fun to reduce stress.
